Engineering Capabilities

Our fittings moulds are built with 4 to 32 cavities depending on part size, using cold runner or hot runner systems. Cavity and core are made of P20, 2738, S136 or H13 steel with full heat treatment, ensuring tight tolerance, smooth inner surface and a service life of more than 1 million shots.

Lead Time & Service

Standard lead time of a fittings mold is 45 to 60 days. T1 samples are sent by air courier within 7 to 10 days. RISEMOULD provides DFM analysis, 2D and 3D mold design, full CMM inspection and lifetime technical support.
