Production Process of Bottle Crate Mould
1-Solution Design
We communicate with clients to confirm requirements, conduct mold flow analysis and stress simulation, then complete 3D & 2D drawings for final mutual approval.

2-Material Preparation & Rough Machining
We procure qualified bottle crate mould steel, perform cutting and blanking, and carry out rough machining for all components. Professional steel inspection equipment is applied to guarantee all raw materials meet bottle crate quality standards.
3-Heat Treatment & Finish Machining
Key components undergo quenching and tempering for hardening, followed by precision machining via CNC, EDM, wire cutting and grinding machines. All machining tolerances are clearly marked on drawings to strictly control the precision of core parts.
4-Polishing, Cooling System & Hot Runner Installation
The bottle crate mould cavity is finely polished. We arrange cooling water channels and conduct water pressure tests, as well as install and commission hot runners.
The cooling system is the core of bottle crate moulds. Adopting optimized water channel design, 5-axis deep hole drilling machines and professional water circuit testers, we ensure stable performance of the cooling system and higher production efficiency.
5-Overall Assembly & Commissioning
Assemble the complete bottle crate mould and adjust mechanisms including side core pulling, ejection and mould opening/closing. Our senior engineers with over 10 years of experience and expertise in more than 50 beer crate moulds ensure smooth and trouble-free mould operation.
6-Mould Trial & Revision
Carry out on-machine trial production and optimize the mould according to sample performance. We use dedicated HDPE material (MFI 8) for beer crates in testing, and the finished products fully pass drop tests.
7-Acceptance & Delivery
After client acceptance, the bottle cratemould will be properly packaged together with complete supporting documents. Comprehensive inspection and anti-rust treatment are implemented before shipment to ensure safe delivery.
